Till
now, like others I thought tha uniforms are one of the most boring and dull looking clothing material, to be
worn out of compulsion. The Uniform Super Store changed my
perception. Their online catalogue opened my eyes to the variety that
can be given to the uniforms,
helping them look anything but lively.
They
have everything, from the nursing
uniforms Australia needs to the chef
wear uniforms
that the Hospitality Industry requires. Their creativity and
innovative designs has given people a lot to choose from. What I
liked the most was their variety. They not only have the common
category of trousers, shirts and T-shirts but even knitwear, jumpers
and accessories like headwear and what not! It was like visiting a
mall with multiple shops rather than just one! With the added
advantage of being online, it is surely a one stop solution for all
the requirements of corporate
uniforms online.
Their
embroidery patterns really impressed me. It wasn’t as if just
because it is embroidery it is meant for ladies, the store had
designs for men too. A simple logo stitched with threads doesn’t
add a bit of femininity but brings royalty to the whole work wear.
This is what really intrigued me! They have made sure that every
element that they incorporate is useful for people of all kinds
rather than restricting it to some.
Since
the current collection that I am working on is for the Hospitality
Industry, chef
wear uniforms really inspired me. Their work reflected the understanding that they
had for the industry. It seemed their every piece of uniform had
hospitality written all over it. Every uniform seemed like a theme,
straight out of the temple of food, the kitchen. I picked up few
patterns and color combinations from the online catalogue and after
teaming up with the accessories that the store has, I was ready to
design my own work!
With
the Uniform Super Store, I now have a ready-made reference point with
which I can not only take inspiration but compare my work with. I am
all prepared for my future challenges!
